Local, continued product is the "Successful Business Practices" seminar series that is being offered free to the members of the Tracy Chamber. Hosted by the Chamber, the new series features a series of presentations and seminars by Keith Chiles Consulting. Many small businesses have been founded by people who have developed expertise in specific areas. They are great sources of products or services, but many are struggling and failing to address those areas of business that are not within their areas of expertise. These seminars are intended to help the small business person develop a better understanding about how to run their own business. It is also an excellent opportunity for larger companies to send an employee to a class that will expose him/her to advanced business concepts without incurring large costs. These seminars are being held every third Wednesday of the month and are between eight and nine in the morning. I strongly recommend that every Chamber member in Tracy consider attending this seminar series or sending someone else to be exposed to these business concepts. Keith Chiles |
